3. Signature of drawer of bank draft:

The drawer's signature on the draft is the special seal for bank draft approved by the People's Bank of China plus the signature or seal of its legal representative or its authorized agent.

4. Signature of drawer of cashier's check:

The signature of the drawer of the cashier's check on the draft is the special seal for cashier's check approved by the People's Bank of China plus the signature or seal of its legal representative or its authorized agent.

5. Signature of the drawer of the cheque and the acceptor of the commercial acceptance bill:

The signatures of the drawer of the check and the acceptor of the commercial acceptance bill shall be kept by the bank.

6. Invalid signature:

(1) If the signature of the drawer on the bill does not meet the requirements, the bill is invalid;

(2) If the signature of the acceptor or guarantor on the bill of exchange is not in conformity with the provisions, its signature shall be invalid, but it shall not affect the validity of other signatures in conformity with the provisions;

(3) If the endorser's signature on the bill of exchange is not in conformity with the provisions, his signature is invalid, but it does not affect the validity of his predecessor's signature in conformity with the provisions.
