Elf authors may save the desert plug-in path in drive C, and non-administrator win7 cannot modify the drive C file. Usually, the default login user of win7 system is not an administrator. You can try the following methods.

First, run the wizard as an administrator.

Second, log in to the system as an administrator (not necessarily an administrator, as long as you have the right to modify the C disk file).

Third, close UAC (User Account Control).
