I. Form and duration of employment
The employment period of Party A and Party B is from year 20XX to year 20xx.

Three. rights and duties
During the employment period, Party B shall enjoy the rights stipulated in the Teachers Law and shall perform the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law. Party A shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Party B from infringement.
Fourth, wages, insurance benefits
During the employment period, Party B shall enjoy national salary insurance, post allowance, class allowance, school scientific research award allowance and other benefits in accordance with the Trial Measures for the Appointment of Teachers and other relevant documents.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) Conditions for alteration, dissolution and termination of a labor contract
1. During the employment period, when Party B's department or work level changes, Party B may change the employment contract with the change of employment position.
2. If Party B has any of the following circumstances, Party A may unilaterally terminate the labor contract.
(1) Continuous absenteeism exceeds 15 working days or cumulative absenteeism exceeds 30 working days in 1 year;
(2) Leaving the country without the consent of Party A or failing to return within the time limit;
(three) in violation of the work system, accidents, or dereliction of duty, resulting in serious consequences;
(4) Loss of teacher qualification due to violation of discipline and law.
3. In any of the following circumstances, the Labor Contract may be dissolved through negotiation between Party A and Party B:
(1) admitted to ordinary universities;
(2) Being employed or transferred to work in a state organ;
(3) Apply for resignation for other reasons.
4. The employment contract shall be terminated when the employed teacher's employment period expires or reaches the statutory retirement age during the employment period.
Sixth, others.
1. If this employment contract conflicts with the relevant national or provincial policies, the relevant national or provincial policies shall prevail.
2. This labor contract shall come into effect as of the date of signing.
3. This employment contract is made in triplicate, each party holds one copy, and the Human Resources Department or Party B's department keeps one copy.
