2. One original and one copy of my valid ID card and diploma (degree certificate). If you apply for a part-time diploma, you must also submit the original and copy of the full-time diploma obtained before 1 copy.

3. Two photos of one-inch color bareheaded documents in the first half of registration, and paste them in the blank space of the copy of ID card. The submitted photos must be consistent with the uploaded photos.

4. Candidates who meet the exemption requirements of some subjects also need to provide the original and photocopy of the senior professional and technical qualification certificate and letter of appointment.

5. Candidates from other provinces and cities are required to submit transfer certificates.
