1. Change submission:

When a company applies for change registration, it should submit the following to the company registration authority Documents:

1. Change registration application signed by the company’s legal representative;

2. Change resolution or decision made in accordance with the Company Law;

3. Other documents required to be submitted by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

If the company's registration change involves modifying the company's articles of association, the revised company's articles of association or the amendment to the company's articles of association signed by the company's legal representative shall be submitted.

If changes to registered items require approval before registration in accordance with laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council, relevant approval documents must also be submitted to the company registration authority.

4. If equity transfer and exchange are involved, an equity transfer contract needs to be signed, and the signatures of the old and new shareholders are required.

5. If the shareholders are husband and wife after the change, a certificate of division of marital property must be signed.

Change registration:
