A traffic police order is a written notice or instruction issued by the traffic police to the parties or vehicles in order to deal with traffic violations or traffic accidents during their duties. The traffic police ticket usually prints the name of the police station, the cause of the case, time, location, party information, the signature of the law enforcement police and the screenshot of the law enforcement recorder. The party receiving the traffic police ticket must respond or process it within the specified time.

As a formal administrative document, the contents of the traffic police ticket are legally binding. The party receiving the traffic police ticket must truthfully fill in the relevant information as required and respond or process it within the specified time. For different illegal acts or accident natures, the accepting party should actively take corresponding remedial measures based on the content on the traffic police ticket, such as automatically canceling the illegal act and promptly compensating for losses. The traffic police department should also strengthen the management and supervision of traffic police orders to ensure the standardization of work procedures and the authenticity and reliability of execution results.
