You go to the editor, or the editor comes to you, and you express your intention to sign the contract, and you are willing to agree.
The editor will send you a contract, you print it down, print two copies and fill it out truthfully. Fill in the real name, home address, telephone number, identity documents, etc. And sign the contract.
Then you mail two printed materials to the editor. The editor will sign, stamp and send you a copy.
This is the completion of the signing.
If you fill it out and it is not found in the mail, no one will know that you signed the contract except yourself.
But your information must be true. If you don't want to enter V, you don't have to sign a contract. If you sign a contract, of course, you don't have to enter V, but works that don't enter V won't give you a particularly good manual recommendation. In this way, there is little difference between signing a contract and not signing a contract. If you want to enter V in the future, then real information can guarantee you and get your income.
You don't need to fill in the contract, but after you express your intention to enter V, you need to fill in your' debit card' non-credit card account, the cardholder's name and the bank where you open the account, so that you can directly deduct money from your card when you have income.
