(1) Self-examination of the qualifications of applicants. Applicants must fully and accurately grasp the conditions and requirements of applying for the exam, that is, academic qualifications, qualifications, majors and other conditions and requirements. Only after confirming that I fully meet the requirements of the state and the examination area can I register (if I am not sure, I can consult the local human resources and social security department before registering). Those who have not obtained relevant academic degree certificates at the time of registration or have insufficient working (qualification) years may not register for reference in advance. Applicants must register in good faith and refer to it in good faith, sign in the "personal signature" column of the qualification examination registration form, and sign the notice (near 1) to ensure authenticity. The qualification examination registration form and the notice are stored in the personal personnel file together. Anyone who signs up for reference with false information and practices fraud is at his own risk.

If the preliminary examination meets the requirements, the employer shall sign the opinion of "qualified in the preliminary examination" in the column of the qualification examination registration form, affix the official seal and sign the notice. Do not meet the conditions, timely inform the applicant does not meet the registration reference conditions, and shall not refer to or participate in the qualification examination.
Units should check the applicant's files or the materials provided, or make full use of modern information technology, strengthen the online inquiry and verification of the materials provided by the applicant, prevent fraud, and keep the preliminary results for review. Units do not conscientiously perform the audit responsibility, or issue false materials, as the case may be, informed criticism. If the circumstances are serious, the responsibility of the main person in charge and the responsible person of the unit shall be seriously investigated according to the regulations.
(3) qualification examination. According to the work arrangement of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center, the test results will be announced at the end of August. After the results were announced, Hunan Personnel Examination Network () downloaded the photo review processing tool and used the software to review photos in advance. Only after the examination and approval, the newly generated registration photos can be recognized by the online newspaper platform. The photos uploaded by the applicants will be directly made on the qualification examination registration form, admission ticket and qualification certificate.
