Sections are titled accordingly. The abstract should be concise and clear, try to use the least words to express the most information, and give the main results and conclusions of the article. The abstract should be written in the third person, without using "this article", "author", etc. as subjects. Do not list figures or tables, do not cite literature, do not add comments or explanations, and use standardized terminology. Abbreviations, abbreviations, codes, etc., in addition to those that can be clearly understood by readers in related fields, must be marked with their full names or explained where they first appear. The Chinese and English abstracts should be approximately 400 words each. The English abstract generally corresponds to the content of the Chinese abstract. The English abstract should include the title of the article, the author's name (in Chinese pinyin, all letters of the surname are capitalized), work unit, name of province and city, postal code and country name. The first three authors should be listed, and "et al" should be added if there are more than three; if they do not belong to the same organization, add "*" in the upper right corner of the first author's name, and add "*" in the upper left corner of the initials of the working unit. For example, LIN Xian-yan*, WU Jian-ping, QIN Qiong, et al.*Department of Pediatrics, First Hospital, Beijing Medical University, Beijing 100034, China
5. Keywords and Chinese classification numbers : The paper needs to be indexed with 2 to 5 keywords.
Please try to use the words listed in the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) in the latest version of "Index Medicus" compiled by the U.S. National Library of Medicine. For its Chinese translation, please refer to the "Annotated Medical Subject Headings" compiled by the Institute of Information Science, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. "Follow the table". If there is no corresponding word in the latest version of MeSH, the processing methods are: (1) You can select several directly related subject words for combination; (2) You can select the most direct superordinate subject word according to the tree structure table; (3) ) When necessary, conventional free words can be used and arranged at the end. Abbreviations in keywords should be reduced to their full names according to MeSH. For example, "HBsAg" should be indexed as "Hepatitis B surface antigen". Traditional Chinese medicine keywords should be selected from the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Thesaurus" compiled by the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Separate each word with a semicolon ";". Articles with English abstracts should be tagged with English keywords corresponding to the Chinese ones. The Chinese Library Classification Code uses the Chinese Library Book Classification Code.
6. Medical terms: Based on the "Medical Terminology" and terms in related disciplines published by the National Natural Science Terminology Approval Committee in 1989 and after and published by Science Press. Those that have not yet been announced are still Take "English-Chinese Medical Glossary" compiled by People's Medical Publishing House as the standard. Chinese and Western drug names are based on the latest version of the "People's Republic of China and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia" and the "Common Names of Chinese Drugs" compiled by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission. English drug names use international non-proprietary drug names and trade names should not be used.
7. Charts: Each chart occupies 1 page and is attached to the end of the text. They are coded continuously according to the order in which they appear in the text. Each chart should have a figure (table) title. Illustrative information should be placed in the notes below the figures (tables), and all non-public abbreviations used in the figures (tables) should be indicated in the notes. This journal uses a three-horizontal table (top line, header line, bottom line). If there is a total or statistical processing line (such as t, P value, etc.), a dividing line will be added to this line; the data in the table The effective digits of the same indicator are required to be consistent, and the effective digits are generally determined based on 1/3 of the standard deviation. There is no "Remarks" column in the table. If there are matters that need to be explained (such as?P?value, etc.), the corner code symbol can be marked in the upper right corner of the relevant content in the table, and a single corner code will always be used. Select according to the following : *, #, △, ☆, ▲, ★; they are marked in the order of vertical first and then horizontal in the table notes. Comment in concise text below the table. Line drawings should be drawn in ink on white paper, with a height-to-width ratio of approximately 5:7. Computer drafters should provide laser printouts of the drawings. Photo graphics require good clarity and contrast.
8. Units of measurement: The "Legal Units of Measurement of the People's Republic of China and the State" promulgated by the State Council in February 1984 are implemented and expressed by unit symbols. For specific use, refer to the "Units of Measurement" compiled by the Journal of the Chinese Medical Association. "Application of Legal Measurement Units in Medicine" 3rd edition (published by People's Military Medical Press in 2001). Note that unit names and unit symbols cannot be mixed. For example, ng·kg-1·day-1 should be changed to ng/(kg·d); when there are more than one slashes indicating division in the combined unit symbol, negative powers should be used. Expressed in the form of, for example, ng/kg/min should be expressed in the form of ng/(kg·min). Slashes and negative powers in combined units cannot be mixed. For example, the form of ng/kg·min-1 should not be used in the previous example. When an uncommon legal measurement unit appears for the first time, add the conversion coefficient to the old system unit in parentheses. When it appears again later, only the legal measurement unit will be listed. According to the "Supplementary Notice on the Regulations on the Use of Blood Pressure Measurement Units" jointly issued by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision and the Ministry of Health, the measurement units for pressure detection values ??in human and animal bodies have resumed using mm Hg, cm H2O, etc., but this appears for the first time in the article The conversion relationship with kPa (kilopascals) should be noted. Parameters and their tolerances must be attached with units. When the unit of the parameter and its tolerance are the same, the unit can be written only once, that is, adding parentheses to combine the values, and placing the same unit symbol after all values. For example: "75.4ng/L+18.2ng/L" can be written as "(75.4±18.2)ng/L". When expressing centrifugal acceleration, it should be expressed in multiples of gravity acceleration (g). For example: centrifuge at 6000×g for 10 minutes. Or give the centrifuge radius along with the centrifuge speed. For example: centrifugal radius is 8cm, centrifuge at 12,000r/min for 10min. When expressing time in the text, those preceded by specific data should use d, h, min, and s instead of days, hours, minutes, and seconds. The symbols of quantities are always in italics. For example, the symbol of absorbance (formerly known as optical density) is A, and "A" is in italics.
9. Numbers: Implement GB/T15835-1995 "Regulations on the Usage of Numbers in Publications". Arabic numerals are used for Gregorian calendar centuries, years, years, months, days, times, counts, and measurements. The year is represented by four digits and cannot be abbreviated. Representation of parameters and deviation range: The numerical range number generally uses the wavy connection number "~"; for parameter ranges with the same power, the power of the previous parameter cannot be omitted. For example: 3×109~5×109 cannot be written as 3~5×109, but can be written as (3~5)×109; for percentage range, the percent sign of the previous parameter cannot be omitted; for parameter ranges with the same unit, just write The unit of the last parameter must be written out; if the units are not exactly the same, each unit of the parameter range must be written out in full.
10. Statistical symbols: According to the relevant provisions of GB3358-82 "Statistical Terms and Symbols", statistical symbols must be written in italics. Commonly used are as follows: (1) The arithmetic mean of the sample is expressed in English lowercase x (the median is still expressed in M); (2) The standard deviation is expressed in English lowercase s; (3) The standard error is expressed in English lowercase s; (4) The t test is used English lowercase t; (5) F test uses English uppercase F; (6) Chi-square test uses Greek lowercase χ2; (7) Correlation coefficient uses English lowercase r; (8) Degree of freedom uses Greek lowercase ν; (9) Probability is expressed in English capital P (the specific test value should be given before the P value, such as t value, χ2, q value, etc.).
11. Abbreviations: Use them as little as possible in the text. When it must be used, state its full name where it first appears, and then indicate the Chinese abbreviation or English full name and its abbreviation in parentheses, and separate the latter two with "," (if the abbreviation is already known, the English does not need to be noted) full name). Abbreviations must not be moved.
