Conduct a comprehensive inspection on whether the project meets the planning and design requirements and the quality of construction and equipment installation, and obtain qualified completion materials, data and vouchers. It should be pointed out that the completion acceptance is based on phased acceptance, and the project that has been completed and accepted will not be re-accepted at the time of completion acceptance.
Project completion acceptance is the last working procedure of the whole construction process and the last work of project management. It is a sign that construction investment results are transferred to production or use, and it is also an important link to comprehensively assess investment benefits and test design and construction quality.
With the official seal of the construction unit and the signature of the director of the municipal construction engineering quality supervision station, it is required to fill in the list of acceptance personnel of all parties involved in the construction in detail, including the personnel of the construction (supervision) unit, construction unit and survey and design unit.
Inspection before acceptance
Acceptance is to check according to certain standards, and then accept or approve the item-by-item acceptance. On the basis of the quality inspection and evaluation of the construction unit, the relevant units involved in the construction activities conduct sampling re-inspection on the quality of the inspection lot, disciplines, divisions and units, and confirm in writing whether the project quality is qualified according to relevant standards.
