Then sign and leave a phone number in the representative office of the inspected person, and attach a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal of the company to the checklist. Then hand it over to the local government.

3. Download the annual inspection report of the branch online, then stamp it at the designated place and sign it at the designated place. Bring copies of all company business licenses and market supervision checklist signed by supervisors.

Go to the administrative service center for annual inspection. The annual inspection of the branch company needs to provide: a copy of the business license passed by the annual inspection of the head office, a copy of the company's safety production license and qualification certificate, and a copy of the local filing form of foreign enterprises.

The certificate of purchase of social security by the head office shall be issued by the local social security bureau. All copies must be stamped with the official seal of the company and marked "inconsistent with the original, date and name of the handler".

4. After the annual inspection of the branch, the annual inspection of the organization code certificate shall be conducted immediately.
