Whoever steals a credit card and uses it shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 264 of this Law.

Second: How to ensure the security of credit cards?

1. When you receive a credit card or password letter

1. After receiving the new card, you must promptly check the validity period of the name on the credit card and the type of credit card. Or after receiving the credit card, please immediately check whether the embossed English characters on the front of your credit card are consistent with what you wrote on the application form. Sign the signature strip on the back of the credit card as soon as possible. Avoid using too neat a signature when writing, and Use a signature that best represents you and do not alter it. Because when using the card, the merchant must check the signature on the purchase order and cash withdrawal form with the signature reserved on the back of the card before proceeding with the payment procedure to ensure that the card is not used fraudulently.

If you have not received the password letter within 10 working days after activating your credit card, please contact the Bank in time to avoid the password letter being lost or stolen.

3. After receiving your personal password, please change your personal password as soon as possible to a six-digit number that is familiar to you but difficult for others to detect, and change it frequently.

4. Please remember your personal password and destroy the password letter. Once your password is found to be leaked, please notify the Bank as soon as possible.

2. When you use a credit card

4. Please do not enter bank card personal information casually on the Internet.
