1. The students who violated discipline wrote their own application for dismissal.
The application content includes name, gender, professional course, student number, time and reason of punishment, education after violation of discipline, self-awareness and performance, and the application will be terminated at the expiration of the period.

The disciplinary situation shall be filled in by the counselor.
The performance after violation of discipline shall be filled in and signed by the counselor and signed by the deputy secretary. After the students violate the discipline, the college still needs to educate and manage the students who violate the discipline, and the college will announce the cancellation according to the degree of education and correction of the students.
The opinions of the college must be signed by the dean of the college and stamped with the seal of the college.
3. The dean of the college shall sign and seal it and submit it to the Student Affairs Office.
4. The Student Affairs Office will issue a dismissal decision (in triplicate) and a delivery receipt to the college.
The college will issue a dismissal decision to the individual students, one of which will be kept in the student file and the other will be kept by the college.
Students will send the receipt to the college.
6. The college will send the stub to the student affairs office.
