Three, the condition needs and the clinical business department to apply for a doctor's operation, the medical department should understand the condition at the same time, instruct the department to solicit opinions from patients and their families. With the complete consent of patients and their families (relevant agreements should be signed), the medical department will sign the audit opinion on the Application for Doctor Operation and report it to the dean in charge for approval. At the same time, a written or telephone request should be made to the medical department of the relevant hospital (there should be a more detailed introduction and operation instructions of the disease and the relevant requirements for the operator).

Four, foreign doctors were invited to the hospital consultation or surgery, should review the medical history, check the patient, in conjunction with the relevant medical staff, explain the illness to patients and their families, hand over to treat the relevant matters needing attention, at the same time, complete the writing of consultation records and operation records.

After inviting foreign doctors to the hospital for consultation or surgery, the hospital should do a good job in the diagnosis and treatment of patients according to the relevant consultation opinions: for postoperative patients, observation and nursing should be strengthened, and relevant departments or hospitals should communicate with foreign doctors at any time to prevent postoperative accidents.

6. When inviting foreign doctors to the hospital for consultation or operation, the hospital shall not require patients or their families to hold banquets. When patients or their families request reception, the hospital shall refuse.

Seven, the hospital should be based on the actual situation of our hospital, and actively establish cooperative relations with relevant hospitals, establish an expert database of foreign consultation and surgical personnel, copy and save relevant doctor qualification certificates and other information.
