(1) Joint review of construction drawings and disclosure of energy-saving design: be familiar with the requirements of energy-saving design and understand the design intent; (2) Review the special construction scheme for building energy conservation submitted by the construction unit: the special construction scheme for energy conservation is a key document to guide the work of the construction team, which should be carefully examined and approved by the director and professional engineers, and the supervisor should be familiar with the scheme; (3) Professional supervision engineers should prepare detailed rules for building energy-saving supervision, and define the work flow and control points of energy-saving project supervision. (4) For the inspection of materials and equipment entering the site, the supervision engineer or entrusted supervisor shall inspect the energy-saving materials entering the site according to relevant regulations. (5) Strictly control design changes, strengthen process quality inspection, and participate in the acceptance of concealed works, inspection lots and subdivisional works; (6) Take cover engineering acceptance must be on-site inspection, with detailed written records and necessary image data. (7) When the inspection lot and subdivisional work are accepted, all the main control items must be qualified, and at least 80% of the general items are qualified. Other checkpoints shall not have serious defects and deviations exceeding the allowable deviation 1.5 times. (8) The key working procedures and key parts of energy-saving project supervision that need on-site supervision should be specified in the on-site plan according to the actual situation of the project. (9) Supervising entity inspection: Supervisors must be present to witness the entity inspection and confirm the inspection method, sampling quantity and sampling location. (10) The director shall attend and preside over the quality acceptance of the energy-saving branch project, and sign the acceptance record of the energy-saving branch project after passing the acceptance.
