3. After that, you need to create a new bidding document and import the electronic bidding document you just downloaded. Edit the qualification documents, and write the contents of the qualification documents in word according to the requirements of the bidding documents. Select the Edit Bid File tab, select the file name content node of the corresponding title in the Qualification File tab in the following window, and click the Import button to import the edited qualification file.
4. According to the requirements of the tender documents, it is necessary to edit qualification documents, construction organization design, project management institutions, etc. After editing the content, an electronic tender can be generated.
Finally, you need to make an electronic signature and signature. In order to encrypt and decrypt electronic bidding documents, you may need to apply for a CA (Certificate Authority) certificate. Specifically, after inserting the unit certificate of CA digital certificate, start the compiling system (online verification may be required when using CA certificate for the first time). Then you can import the bidding documents that have been edited and exported to PDF format in the bidding client, and each page needs to be stamped with an electronic seal, and pay attention to encryption before uploading.
