1. Open the nailed document and find the document you want to share;
2. Click the button in the upper right corner, and select your co-edited colleagues through "Add Designated Members to View/Edit";
3. The document supports setting read-only/edit permissions. After adding collaborators, users can only set viewing/editing permissions, and document collaboration is secure.
Revision records can be traced back, and old versions of documents can be restored.
1. Click-in the toolbar in the upper right corner to view the collaboration record;
2. All edits will be automatically saved to the cloud. Select any version history, and then click the button to restore the old version.
