1. first, come to the main interface of encounter, and click the "account" icon in the main interface to enter the personal account interface.

2. in the personal account interface, click "account management".

3. in the account management interface, click "real name information".

4. in the "real name information" interface, you can confirm your real name information. if you want to change it, click the "real name information is incorrect" option.

5. in the pop-up dialog box, click the "reset" option.

6. follow the prompts, enter the real name information you want to change in the pop-up interface, and click "submit" to make changes.
