Could it be that the pins of the USB interface are in poor contact with the electronic key?
Use a pin (or other needle, which should be thin and pointed) to carefully pick up the four metal pieces in the USB interface, and then plug them in again. Note: Be sure to turn off the power before operating! You can unplug the power cord after shutting down the desktop, and it's also best to remove the battery from the laptop. Use a flashlight to look at it. There is a slight seam under the metal piece, near the outer end. Carefully insert the tip of the needle and then carefully lift it up.
I have encountered similar problems before, that is, sometimes after using someone else's card reader or USB flash drive, my own USB flash drive stopped responding when I plugged it in.
This is how I dealt with it. If I took off the metal piece, it would be completely normal.
