Letters, official documents, contracts, letters of introduction, work certificates or company information when a company opens an account, taxpayer's real-name authentication and taxpayer's qualification registration all use official seals, which are generally managed by the boss, general manager, chairman and principal responsible person of the enterprise.
2. Financial seal
Bills of exchange, checks, vouchers and financial funds used for transaction settlement with banks are usually managed by financial supervisors, accountants, cashiers and other financial personnel.
3. Contract seal
Used by enterprises when signing contracts with foreign countries. This kind of seal is generally managed by legal personnel, cooperative lawyers or administrative departments in enterprises with sound departments. The main person in charge of small and micro enterprises or in charge of accounting management.
4. Invoice seal
When an enterprise issues an invoice to the buyer, the drawer needs to affix a "special seal for invoice" on the invoice and deduction, which will be managed by the accounting, cashier or financial personnel who issue the invoice.
5. Company seal
The company seal is mainly used for the relevant resolutions of the company. It is used by registered companies and enterprises to open basic deposit account and endorse cheques in banks. Generally, it is managed by the legal person himself, and sometimes by the cashier of the company's finance department.
Second, whether the company seal must be filed by the public security.
The filing of the company seal means that the company seal has been approved by the Public Security Bureau and the license is issued at the same time. So does the company seal have to be put on record by the Public Security Bureau? Why should the company seal be put on record?
According to the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Seal Engraving Industry, if a unit or individual industrial and commercial household needs to engrave the official seal, it shall apply to the public security department with a certificate issued by the competent department or a business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce. After the approval of the public security department, the official seal engraving certificate will be issued, and the official seal engraving business will be engraved in the unit within the prescribed time limit. Violation of this provision will result in cancellation of its official seal, warning and a fine of over 1000 yuan in 500 yuan.
In addition, for the benefit of the company, it is also necessary to put the company seal on record. Only the official seal of the company that has been put on record is a legal official seal and is protected by law. When the case is finished, the Public Security Bureau will give the company a certificate to prove that the official seal you made is legal. If you don't put it on record, others will forge your company seal, and the losses will not be protected by law.
