It can be changed to English version. Download an mt Manager, press and hold the "PS CC 20 19" installation package, and extract it to the current folder to get these files.

Click the "assets" folder and locate the "CABConfig.xml" file.

Open the file, the circled place was originally "zh", changed to "en", saved and exited.

Finally, all the files in figure 1 are compressed into zip, and the suffix is changed to apk, and then the apk file is signed with the signature function of mt Manager, and the generated new apk file can be installed.
