As long as the electronic signature meets certain conditions, it has the same legal effect as the traditional signature.

It is to sign the electronic form of electronic documents through cryptographic technology. Electronic signature can be used for legal documents in general civil activities. Documents related to individuals, real estate and public services (such as divorce agreements and house sales contracts) cannot be signed electronically.
