According to the Electronic Signature Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), as long as the electronic signature must be proprietary, controllable and tamper-proof, such a reliable electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature or seal. It will be applied to online banking, physical banking, e-government, electronic signing, telecommunications, banking business halls and other places. As long as the electronic signature meets certain conditions, it has the same legal effect as the traditional signature.

Electronic signature refers to the data contained and attached in electronic form to identify the identity of the signer and show that the signer approves its content. It is to sign the electronic form of electronic documents through cryptographic technology. Electronic signature can be used for legal documents in general civil activities. Documents related to individuals, real estate and public services (such as divorce agreements and house sales contracts) cannot be signed electronically.
