Use the mouse to select the cell or text whose font color you want to change.

Click Start in the menu bar to open the Start tab. (If the Start tab is already open, you can skip this step. ).

The letter A shown by the arrow in the figure on the Start tab is the font color change button. Click A, and the previously selected content will change to the color displayed under A. ..

If the color you want to change is not the color shown under A, you can click the small triangle next to A, and a color will pop up.
