(ten) before driving the school bus on the road, did not check whether the school bus condition meets the safety technical requirements, or driving the school bus with potential safety hazards on the road;

(11) Refueling the vehicle when there are students on the school bus, or leaving the driver's seat before the engine of the school bus is turned off.

Article 90
