New Pants, China's most dynamic and creative idol rock band. The New Pants Band was formerly an underground band called "The Body Masters of the Metal Workshop". It was founded in 1995. The band was originally composed of 5 people and its style was so-called "punk". Due to the departure of some members, the band was re-formed in 1996 and renamed the "New Pants" band.
