Fifteenth election of villagers' committees, villagers registered to participate in the election directly nominate candidates. If the number of elected people is less than the number of places to be elected, the insufficient places will be elected separately. In case of re-election, the candidate who was not elected in the first ballot will be elected with more votes, and the candidate with more votes will be elected, but the number of votes won shall not be less than one third of the total number of votes.

The election was conducted by secret ballot and public counting, and the election results were announced on the spot. During the election, a secret ticket writing office was set up.

Villagers who are registered to participate in the election and cannot go out to vote during the election period may entrust their close relatives who have the right to vote in writing to vote on their behalf. Election of villagers committee shall publish the list of clients and clients.

Specific election methods shall be formulated by the standing committees of the people's congresses of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
