The last part of the British contract structure is the conclusion and signature of both parties. The so-called "conclusion" refers to the words that usually appear before the signing of both parties. As for the signature column, if one party is a company, in addition to the company's seal, it also needs the signature of the representative, usually indicating the title of the representative.

For example, the signature on the new 1 dollar bill is the "printed name" of US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin (see the picture below), which is criticized for being too clear. Print is a verb, which means to write clearly in a book rather than cursive, for example:

Printed names can be capitalized or lowercase, which is similar to the requirement of Chinese for signature in block letters. Printed names or printed names are not necessary.
