To run the WPS software, first click the command option "Tools → Customize" to open the "Customize" window and switch to "Command (c)".
Tab, select the Common option in the Command Bar (b) list on the left, and then click the+button in the lower right corner of the window. In the pop-up add window, select the public option as well, then select a command item in the command (O) list on the right and double-click. Take the copy (c) command item as an example, and you will see two copy (c) buttons in the common toolbar (Figure 1).
Double-click the newly added copy command item in the custom window, and the Modify Command Item dialog box will pop up. Here we will make a series of settings. Enter the character "Personal Signature" in the title bar, check the option of "Show Text Only" in the display mode area, click the "Select" button in the command binding area, and select "Insert".

Now we see a "Personalized Signature" command button added to the common toolbar. When inserting a "personalized signature" picture in the future, just click this button to quickly complete the operation.
Tip: Of course, you can also use shortcut keys to insert, position the input cursor in the "Shortcut Keys" input box in the "Control" area, and then delete the original shortcut keys to customize a new set of shortcut keys to avoid conflicts with the original option shortcut keys.
