Click the Insert menu, select an object, select Create from File in the object box, browse to find the worksheet to be inserted, check Link to File and Display as icon, and only display EXCEL shortcuts in WORD, that is, linked worksheets!

You can also select New in the Object dialog box and click Microsoft.

Excel worksheet, just select "Show as icon" and click the content to edit.

Open WORD and click Form-Insert (the inserted form is the form that comes with WORD itself), which is different from the picture. You can insert anything you want.

If you want to insert an EXCEL table into WORD, just copy it directly.
