Today, I attended the issuing ceremony of "Lantern Festival" stamps in Jihua Garden.

When I came to Jihua Garden, the whole scene was filled with the breath of folk art, and the "Folk Lantern Festival" attracted tens of thousands of people to visit the scene. It seems that citizens are very interested in stamps.

In this exhibition, I watched more than 100 excellent folk art works from Foshan, including paper-cuts, lanterns, woodblock New Year pictures and pottery.

What impressed me the most were the giant paper-cuts "Twelve Women in Jinling, a Dream of Red Mansions" and "Birds of Paradise", both of which showed the unique technology of traditional paper-cutting.

From a distance, the most conspicuous ones are colorful lanterns hanging above the sales stalls, including traditional Lantern Festival lanterns, such as vegetable lanterns, butterfly lanterns and lotus lanterns. When I came to the sales booth, a set of colorful stamps opened my eyes. Each set of stamps is issued by the State Post Bureau, and the largest stamp has the theme of Foshan Lantern: Hua Die Lantern. My favorite is the five stamps issued by China Post, which are selected from lanterns in five provinces and regions such as Guangdong Province. They are representative works of China folk lanterns, among which Hua Die lanterns are selected from Foshan, which are vivid and dazzling, and their design contains beautiful implications. It is a masterpiece of folk lanterns in Foshan!

There are many kinds of stamps, including a small album of folk Lantern Festival. There is a special stamp album on "Bright Deng Hua" (including lantern riddles, physical lanterns, lantern-themed stamps, and "Xu Bingnian" small promissory note, etc. ); There are commemorative stamp albums of "Bright Lights" (including large and small editions of "Folk Lights" and "Year of Xu Bing"), commemorative stamp cards, souvenir covers and limited-edition films. ); There are also "Folk Lantern Festival" stamps, first day covers, in-situ souvenir covers and extreme postcards. It's really dazzling In addition, a live signature activity was held by stamp designers and craftsmen, which attracted hundreds of stamp collectors.
