How do children change their surnames? Get someone to sign for you?
Children can't find anyone to sign their surnames. When a newborn is renamed, both parents must be present at the same time to write an application and sign in, and bring their ID cards and household registration books. If you divorce, you must bring a divorce certificate, divorce agreement and birth certificate, all of which are originals.
