How to close the gas valve?
Closing the air valve is a very important safety measure. If you suspect a gas leak or other emergency, please take the following measures immediately:

1. Do not use any fire source or electrical appliances, including turning on or off the light switch, lighting or turning off the gas stove, using the mobile phone, etc. These operations may generate sparks, leading to gas leakage and explosion.

2. Before leaving the house or gas leakage source area, open all doors and windows to promote air circulation.

3. Find a gas meter, usually located outdoors or on the side of the house, near the natural gas supply pipeline. There is usually a main air valve that can be used to cut off the gas supply.

4. Turn the main air valve clockwise with a wrench or regulator until it is completely closed. Note: Only close the gas valve in an emergency, and contact professionals to check the maintenance problems as soon as possible after closing.

If you can't find the gas meter or turn off the gas valve, leave the house immediately and contact the local gas company, fire department or emergency rescue service to inform them of the gas leak.

Remember, these steps are for emergency reference only to ensure the safety of you and others. In case of emergency, it is most important to contact the local government in time.
