Peach blossom forest is thousands of miles away. Why did you come to Hongqiao District? This has a great historical origin.

Bian Xiao will use detailed information to introduce why only the Peach Blossom Forest in Hongqiao is called "Peach Blossom Land".
In early spring, peach blossoms are blooming in March and April, willow branches are spitting, and peach red and willow green constitute the main color of the peach blossom dike, which has also become the charm of the peach blossom dike. The Peach Blossom Dike in Hongqiao is famous for the name given by the emperor and the praise of the poet.
After hundreds of years of soil and water cover and artificial cultivation, Xigu peach willow flourishes, which makes many literati have no fear and flock to it. Whether it is the king of a country or a talented person and a beautiful woman, the pen and ink flow, and the wonderful pen gives birth to flowers, leaving one masterpiece after another. In the forty-seventh year of Kangxi (1708), Emperor Kangxi made a southern tour of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, which coincided with the Jiangnan Peach Blossom Competition. Unfortunately, however, peach blossoms are short-lived, and the emperor still wants to enjoy them. Back to the Grand Canal, I passed by Kinmen. Due to the climate difference between the north and the south, I saw the peach blossoms on the banks of Yun Bei River in full bloom. I thought it was mid-spring, so I happily wrote "A Little Red Lip": "Goodbye to the peach blossoms, Kinmen and Anh Hong are still good. I didn't arrive until I returned to Lu 'an. I suspect it was reported in the spring. Golden rope fairy boat, starry night looking forward to dawn, misty feelings, sunny days, no sunset. " It feels like the second spring of life.
Emperor Qing Qianlong visited Tianjin many times, and once rode a horse to inspect the levee, and wrote a poem "Two Poems in Xigu", in which he wrote: "Qingxiao, the county town, visited Luanhe River and rode a horse in Xigu for a long time." Describe the beauty of Xigu Taoliu, and give it the name "Taoliu Dike". Today, the "Royal Pier" rebuilt by Taohuayuan has a stone carving of "the place where Emperor Qianlong boarded". There is also a Long Ting with a stone tablet engraved with the words "Tao Liudi".
Poet Mo Ke's poems about peaches are numerous. Xie Xisi (1274- 1344), a poet in the Yuan Dynasty, once wrote: "The number of thatched cottages is in the west and the number of thatched cottages is in the east, saying that peach blossoms are red on the shore. There is a bay of flowing water left, and peach blossoms laugh at the spring breeze. " Shen Jun's Acura wrote: "Every household is facing the awning window, and egrets fly to take pictures. The willow and peach blossoms are thirty miles long, and the teacher is accustomed to singing Nanqiang. " Li Qingchen, a poet in the Qing Dynasty, wrote the poem "Love goes west" and "Love forgets things the most, and peach blossoms cover the door all day". Zhu Min, a Jiangsu-born poet in the Qing Dynasty, wrote in his poem "First Arriving at Kinmen" that he wanted to move his family for the rest of his life, but he really moved his family to Tianjin and became a cultural celebrity in the history of Kinmen. There are countless such poems, all of which are moved by the beautiful scenery of Tamia Liu in Xigu.
In a word, both the emperor's poems and the literati's chanting praised Liu Taodi, a scenic spot in Golden Gate, which not only has the appreciation value of natural beauty, but also has rich humanistic connotation.
