You can open your picture first, no matter how big it is, and then take a screenshot with QQ to ensure that the picture you put on will never be compressed. The direct reason for being compressed is that your picture is too big (not big, just a few MB), and the picture after screenshot will be much smaller (not small, just a few KB).
