1 and "win+x" enter the control panel, select Security and Maintenance, change the filter settings of windows smartscreen on the left, select "Do nothing", and click OK.

PS: turning off user account control will cause edge, app store, player, etc. It won't open. If such problems only occur during installation, it is recommended to restart user account control after installation.

Method 2: Switch the administrator account.
