Step 2: Select "Mail Format"-"Signature"

Step 3: Select "E-mail Signature"-"New" and enter the signature name in the box that appears. This name can be written casually, just to distinguish the signature.

Step 4: Enter the signature in the text box below and select "Save". On the right, you can choose to use signature in "New Mail" and "Reply/Forward", and then confirm.

Step 5: The next time you write an email, your signature will be displayed at the bottom of the email body. You can edit the signature according to what you want to display. You can also fill in your email address and contact information.
