2. The network information is abnormal. Please check whether the network information is normal and determine whether the target website to be operated can be accessed normally.
3. The application entry or basic information is wrong. Please check whether the application entrance is correct and make sure that the type of certificate you want to apply for is correct. 4. The certificate application process is abnormal. If there are problems in the process of verification in the system, it will also affect the certificate application.
