In principle, the debts established by one of the spouses before marriage are personal debts, and the repayment is limited to personal property; The debts established during the marriage relationship are joint debts of the husband and wife, and the husband and wife have property to repay. During marriage, bank loans are the same debt for couples. If the husband's credit record is bad, it shows that the husband's sense of repayment is not strong, and banks need to bear the risk of non-performing loans when issuing loans to such customers. Because in the event of bad debts, banks have to recover loans from both husband and wife at the same time. Therefore, people with poor credit information will directly affect spouse loans.
