What are the rules for transferring from other provinces?
(1) Transfer candidates should obtain one or more qualified courses in our province, and then go through the transfer formalities from the original province after obtaining the examination results in our province.
(2) Transfer candidates are not allowed to transfer to their original provinces where they have dropped out of school or postponed graduation due to violation of relevant examination management regulations.
(3) Candidates who have passed all the professional courses can only go through the graduation formalities at the provincial examination office where they originally applied, and may not be transferred.
(4) Without passing the examination, the qualified course scores may not be transferred. Graduation thesis results are not transferable.
(5) Transfer candidates should take the examination according to the professional examination plan announced by our province, and the replacement relationship between the original examination qualified courses and the current examination courses should be implemented according to the relevant documents of our province.
(6) Transfer candidates should obtain qualified scores of not less than 5 courses and not less than 4 courses in our province before going through graduation formalities in our province.
(7) Our province does not handle the transfer of course scores in practice assessment. To apply for graduation in our province, you must obtain qualified results in the practical examination of the corresponding major in the examiner's college. Candidates who need to use the practice link of the province to assess the course results can contact the examiner colleges of the reported major with relevant materials.
How to turn?
(1) Candidates must go through the transfer formalities within the specified time. (2) Candidates log in to the provincial self-study examination management system, and through the transfer-in function in the examination management module, verify that the provincial examination office has received the examination files sent by the provincial examination office, write down the foreign file number, print the Transfer-in (Transfer-in) Registration Form for Higher Education Self-study Examination, and sign it for confirmation; Then submit the registration form and the original and photocopy of the admission ticket and ID card of our province to the county (district) for examination, and indicate the foreign file number on the photocopy.
(3) The basic personal information (including name, gender, date of birth and ID number) recorded by candidates in our province must be consistent with the personal information recorded in the transferred province. If there is any change, the relevant valid certification materials of the public security department shall be provided.
(4) The county (district) Kaoban collects the candidates' materials, and after verifying the candidates' materials, it prints the Certificate of Candidates from Other Provinces to the candidates, and the original is returned to the candidates. The county (district) examination office will report the candidates' materials to the municipal examination office in a unified way. After verifying the candidates' materials, the municipal kaoban shall sign the opinions and affix the official seal on the copy, and report the candidates' materials and the "Registration Form for Adjustment of Higher Education Self-study Examination" to the provincial kaoban within the specified time in March and September each year (see the announcement of official website Education Examinations Institute for specific time).
(5) After the provincial examination, the written test results will not be returned, and candidates can check the test results through the provincial self-study examination management system. Candidates who pass the exam can use the graduation prediction function of the system to query the courses that need to be passed in this major.
What are the rules for transferring out of other provinces?
(1) Candidates should pass one or more courses at the transfer place, and then go through the transfer formalities after obtaining the examination results at the transfer place.
(2) Candidates are not allowed to transfer out during the period of suspension or postponement of graduation due to violation of relevant examination management regulations.
(3) Candidates who have passed all the courses in a major can only go through graduation procedures in our province and may not be transferred out.
(4) Candidates who have gone through the transfer formalities for less than one year shall not be transferred out.
(5) Without passing the examination, the qualified course scores may not be transferred out. If the theoretical course exam fails, the test scores of the corresponding practical links shall not be transferred out. The results of graduation thesis may not be transferred out.
How to transfer it out?
(1) Candidates' examination files passed by the provincial examination office will be sent in early March of the first half of each year and early September of the second half of each year. Among them, candidates who apply for transfer in the first half of the year must go through the transfer procedures before February 15 (see the relevant notices of the municipal examination offices for details); Candidates who apply for transfer in the second half of the year must go through the transfer formalities before August 15 (for details, please refer to the relevant notices of the municipal examination offices).
(2) Candidates' personal basic information (including name, gender, date of birth and ID number) must be consistent with the information recorded in the provincial self-study examination management system. If there are any changes, the examination information should be corrected first.
(3) Candidates must transfer all valid scores of the same admission ticket at one time. If you need to transfer the scores of more than two admission tickets to the same province at the same time, you must first apply for the combined admission ticket, and then use the destination admission ticket to go through the transfer formalities.
Candidates log in to the provincial self-study examination management system, submit the transfer-out application through the transfer-out function in the examination management module, print the Transfer-in (Transfer-out) Registration Form of Higher Education Self-study Examination, and sign it for confirmation; Then submit the original and photocopy of the registration form, the admission tickets of our province and other provinces, ID cards and other related materials to the county (district) examination office within the specified time.
(4) Within the specified time in March and September each year, candidates can log in to the provincial self-study examination management system to inquire about the relevant information transferred out.
