According to Article 5 of the Rules for Notarization of Maintenance Agreements issued by the Ministry of Justice, the following documents and materials shall be submitted when applying for notarization of maintenance agreements: (1) the resident identity card or other valid identification certificate and household registration book of the parties (including dependents and dependents); (2) Proof of kinship between the parties; (3) Maintenance agreement; (four) other materials that should be submitted by the notary office.
In case of divorce, an application for dissolution of the maintenance agreement shall be drafted with the parties concerned, signed by both parties, and notarized at a notary office to dissolve the maintenance relationship. Otherwise, the maintenance relationship still exists.
