3. The bank's electronic commercial draft system completes whether the electronic signature of the account opening bank is accurate and valid, and whether the endorser is the holder of the bill. After review, the application message will be forwarded to the access system of the endorsee's account opening bank;

4. The access system of the endorsee's account opening bank will verify the validity of the message and then forward the application The information is notified or shown to the endorsee, and the endorsee can sign or reject the endorsement application and stamp his or her electronic signature;

5. The access system of the endorsee’s account opening bank verifies the endorsee After verification of the validity of the electronic signature, a reply message is formed and stamped with the electronic signature of the opening bank, and the reply message is sent to the electronic commercial draft system of the People's Bank of China;

6.
