New Zealand's latest policy of returning to China
The Embassy of China in New Zealand issued the Notice on Double Detection of Covid-19 Nucleic Acid and Serum Antibody for Passengers on Flights from New Zealand to China through official website, and decided that from December 1, 22, passengers on flights from New Zealand to China should complete the sampling test of COVID-19 Nucleic Acid (PCR) and Serum IgM Antibody within 2 days before boarding, and apply for a health code (HS or Health Status Statement (HDC) based on the negative reports of the two tests. The specific measures are as follows:
Requirements for nucleic acid detection
1. IgM antibody detection
(1. Intravenous blood sampling is required for IgM antibody detection.
(For IgM antibody testing, you must make an appointment with a family doctor or clinic and other medical institutions. Family doctors will contact testing institutions in major cities such as Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin for testing. Passengers should contact the family doctor or clinic in advance according to the itinerary so as to get the relevant test report in time.
2. Testing institutions
(1) There is no designated testing institution in the new embassy or consulate, so passengers can choose according to their own situation.
(2) Passengers can carry out PCR and IgM antibody sampling detection in the same medical institution.
Third, the test report
(1) If the testing organization provides total antibody testing instead of individual IgM antibody testing, the test result should be negative, and it must be indicated that the total antibody in serum contains IgM antibody, otherwise it will not be recognized.
(2 passengers should submit the original PCR and IgM antibody test reports issued by the testing institutions. If the report is provided for a family doctor or clinic, the name of the testing institution must be indicated, and the doctor's signature or the clinic's seal is required. Certificates without signatures or seals will not be accepted.
Fourth, the declaration method
(1) Passengers are requested to carefully check all the information after obtaining the PCR and IgM antibody test reports, and use the "International Epidemic Prevention Health Code" applet to declare in time.
(2) When applying, the embassies and consulates that have been submitted for trial are still selected according to the territorial division.
(3 China citizens (including compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must fill in their names in Chinese when registering.
(4) If the passport number is not indicated in the test report, please upload the passport information page when submitting two test reports. Upload pictures clearly and completely, and don't cut or line them. On your own.
V. Arrangements for the transition period
(1) Considering that the testing institutions in some areas are still unable to provide IgM antibody testing, in order to ensure the smooth progress of passenger testing in China, passengers who are unable to do IgM antibody testing can still provide two PCR negative reports, that is, "double nucleic acid negative" reports, and declare according to the requirements of the Notice on Implementing the Interim Measures for Passengers on New Zealand flights to China with Two Covid-19 Nucleic Acid Tests (PCR negative reports) issued by the new embassy and consulate on November 4.
(2) From the date of issuance of this circular to December 1th, the embassy or consulate in New Zealand may simultaneously accept the declaration of negative IgM antibody test report and two "double nucleic acid negative" reports.
(3) From : on December 18th, 22, China's embassy and consulate in New Zealand will no longer accept "double nucleic acid negative" reports. Passengers going to China must upload both PCR and IgM antibody negative reports to apply for health code (HS or health statement (HDC).
