Provide a DG form and a DG declaration form, and affix the seal and English signature of SHPR and packaging company (attachment is a sample DG form). 2. Provide the corresponding inspection result sheet of dangerous goods packaging. 3. If there is internal and external packaging, please indicate. And indicate how many inner packages are in each outer package. 4. If there are more than two containers (including two), please indicate the hairiness of each container. 5. The customer should provide DG form with container seal number as soon as possible after lifting the container. 7. The emergency contact person should have a phone number and name. 8. When Maersk confirms the shipping space, it will send the booking confirmation by email. Our company will send it to you in time, and you can get the equipment handover form accordingly; The deadline for equipment handover form is four hours before port interception; Please fill in the transit port code according to the three-digit code handed in at the lower right of the equipment handover form when the box enters the port. 9.
