1. First, we open Photoshop, and then click the file in the upper left corner of the Photoshop interface.

2. Then click "New" to create blank text.

3. Here we click the preset and select the international standard paper.

4. The size is as shown in the figure. Select the size of A4 paper.

5. We can manually input dimensions with width and height of 2 10 mm and 297 mm. If you want to print A4 paper with actual size, you have to leave bleeding on both sides, that is, design the size of 2 16 and 303 mm, and the resolution is 300 pixels per inch.
