Seal engraving process:

1. To apply for official seal engraving, you need to hold relevant certification materials, engraving certificate (application), "Business License" or a copy of the Unified Social Credit Code Certificate , a copy of the ID card of the legal representative (person in charge) and the person in charge, a letter of introduction from the unit or a power of attorney for the legal representative (person in charge), etc.;

2. Obtain permission from the public security organ For engraving enterprises, the engraving enterprise will review and enter the seal security management information system, and the system will automatically generate chip and seal codes based on the entered information; the engraving enterprise will download the official seal information from the seal system database to engrave the official seal. At the same time, scan the relevant data and upload it to the system to create an electronic file;

3. After the seal is produced, the system automatically generates a "Seal Registration Form", and the engraving company will keep the seal on the "Registration Form" Model, together with relevant supporting materials, shall be submitted to the public security department of the county-level public security organ for filing procedures;

4. After receiving the relevant materials, the public security department of the county-level public security organ shall verify the relevant materials and information and file them in the "Filing" The registration form shall be stamped with the special administrative seal of the county-level public security organ. Relevant certification materials shall be kept on file for future reference;

5. When an official seal engraving enterprise issues an official seal, it shall issue an "Official Seal Registration Form" stamped by the county-level public security agency, and the person who receives the seal shall sign and receive it.
