Log in to the Lanzhou Public Security Resources Trading Portal (/) and download the digital certificate and electronic signature application process instructions in the notification bulletin column. Digital certificate and electronic signature application form (see attachment), fill it out and stamp it with the official seal of the applying company or the signature of the applicant as required.
2. The user fills in the digital certificate and electronic signature application form according to the requirements of the application instructions. All information must be filled in truthfully and accurately. If there is any falsehood, the consequences will be at your own risk.
3. The application for enterprise digital certificate and electronic signature requires a copy of the enterprise business license and a copy of the organization code certificate (if the three certificates are combined, only a copy of the business license is required). Applications for personal digital certificates and electronic signatures require the original and copy of the personal ID card (if the application is made by an agent, a power of attorney, a copy of the personal ID card and the original and copy of the handler's ID card are required). .
4. Users submit digital certificate and electronic signature application forms and related materials.
5. Digital Certificate and Electronic Signature The company will review the user information. If the user identity is approved, the company will process the digital certificate and electronic signature, and deliver the key (medium) to the user. If the user organization changes its name or legal representative, it must follow the above process to handle the change. If the key is lost or damaged, you need to apply for a replacement according to the above process, and you must also cancel the original digital certificate at the same time.
6. After applying for the digital certificate and electronic signature, enter the public resource trading system for activation (on-site processing).
7. After activation, each enterprise uses the digital certificate to log in to the system (the address is /TPBidder/login), download the relevant driver and install it.
