How to set a signature in outlook?
Steps:

1, open outlook, and click the New E-mail button under the Start tab of the ribbon:

2. A new email has been created. Let's click the Signature button under the Email tab and choose Signature ...:

3. Open the Signature and Stationery dialog box, and then click the New button:

4. In the New Signature dialog box that opens, enter the name of the signature file:

5. Click "OK" to create a signature file, and then enter the signature content in the "Edit Signature" editing area below, where you can change the text color, insert links and insert pictures.

6. In order to ensure that the signature content can be automatically loaded when creating or replying to a new email, we should choose this new signature for both "New Email" and "Reply/Forward".

7. After editing, click "OK" to save the signature;
