Online trial means that the parties can file an oral or written application to the court that filed the lawsuit. After the judge makes an appointment for online trial, he will download the client and log in according to the prompt. The specific operation process is as follows:
Apply for 1 through the court, complete the registration and enter the meeting.
You need to register for the first time. After successful registration, you can log in with your mobile phone number and password, or you can log in with the meeting number notified by SMS. After logging in with the conference number, join the club directly and skip the demo list page.
2, login, understand the use of the system.
After logging in, the parties enter the court trial detection page to detect the image, sound and power amplifier respectively. After the test is successful, they will enter the system guidance page to facilitate the parties to understand how to use the system.
3. Enter the trial page.
After logging into the system through the account password, "trial" or "no trial" will be displayed. Click it to directly enter the trial page.
4. The trial has started.
When the judge clicks "Start", the trial begins. In the lower left corner of the video screen, the role+name is displayed.
5. At the end of the trial, sign.
During the trial, the transcripts of the trial can be viewed in real time. After the trial, the judge initiates the signature, and the parties can click the pop-up QR code to complete the online signature through mobile phone scanning.
The legal basis is Article 139 of the Civil Procedure Law.
When trying a civil case, the people's court shall notify the parties and other participants in the proceedings three days before the hearing. If the hearing is held in public, the names of the parties, the cause of action, the time and place of the hearing shall be announced.
