I. Rural land contracting

Rural land contract is the earliest administrative contract in China. The contracting party of rural land can only be rural collective economic organizations, including rural collective economic organizations or villagers' groups, village economic organizations or villagers' committees, and township (town) rural collective economic organizations. Members of a collective economic organization can participate in all the land contracted by the collective economic organization, and there is no limit on the scope of land that such contractors can contract. As long as the contractor is a member of the employer's organization, he can participate in the contracting of any type of land contracted by the employer. However, according to Article 15 of the Rural Land Contract Law, the contractor can be determined by means of bidding, auction, public consultation, etc. for rural land that is not suitable for household contract, such as barren hills, barren hills, barren ditches, barren beaches and a small amount of vegetable fields and aquaculture water surfaces.
