Article 10: Before hazardous operation, the Operation Department is responsible for the examination and approval procedures for hazardous operation application. First, fill in the Application and Approval Form for Hazardous Operation or the Approval Form for Hot Work (see Schedule A or Schedule B) in duplicate, clearly fill in the operation location, operation content and operation date, determine the health status of direct and auxiliary operators, on-site guardians and commanders, formulate protective measures or safety precautions, and report to the competent leader of the safety or fire management department for approval before operation. Try to make two copies, one for the Operation Department and the other for the safety or fire control management department for reference. Article 11 When a foreign engineering construction team comes to the company to engage in dangerous operations of the department, the foreign engineering construction team is responsible for filling out the Dangerous Operation Approval Form or the Hot Work Approval Form and submitting it to the department for approval. The main person in charge of the department or the safety officer puts forward opinions after on-site inspection, and after the project construction team signs it, it can be reported to the competent leader of the safety or fire management department for approval.
